Key terms applicable to users

Account registration & eligibility

To open an account on the c25 platform, the user must be at least 18 years of age. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and truthful. An account created with false information may be cancelled at any time. Each user may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure. It is the user's own responsibility to keep their account password and login credentials secure.

Gaming & betting rules

All gaming activities on the c25 platform are conducted for entertainment purposes. Users must play responsibly and refrain from placing bets beyond their means. Each game has its own rules and compliance is mandatory. If a technical error or disconnection affects the outcome of a game, the decision of the platform authority shall be considered final. Any fraudulent activity or use of unauthorized software will result in immediate account suspension.

Deposit & withdrawal policy

Users in Bangladesh can transact using BDT. Deposited funds may only be withdrawn through the registered account. Withdrawal requests generally take 1–3 business days to process. Additional documents may be requested for identity verification in the case of any suspicious transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are subject to the limits set by the platform.

Account security & privacy

Protecting users' personal information is a priority for c25. Personal data is not shared with third parties, except where required by law. Terms violation & account termination

If any of the above terms are violated, c25 reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account without prior notice. The balance of an account terminated due to a breach of terms may be forfeited. The platform reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time, and users will be notified of changes in a timely manner.
